Evidenced Based Fitness

Crossfit is measurable, observable and repeatable. Every time you do a Crossfit workout you get a score. That score could be a time, number of reps, or number of rounds completed. By keeping the score and tracking those numbers we can then test ourselves and compare the results. An improvement in score equals an improvement in your fitness.
