Crossfit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.  Both Athletic Endeavors and Healthy Living requires that we all push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely.  The nature of our program allows us to not only support the athletic specialist, but also reward the fitness generalist.

The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.  We’ve used the same work out for 70 year old women and elite athletes.  We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.  The needs of our team athletes and our elderly differ by degree not kind.
