   I am interested in the times and cost of your Crossfit classes. I am a part time resident in Northstar and would like to know of a good group exercise program that I can attend when I am here.

   I am looking for a crossfit program for my 12 and 14 year old girls. both are competitive athletes, looking to improve in their sports. What do you offer for kids?

     Hi Lynn,

     We offer CrossFit for any age. We currently have a class specifically for kids that is from 4:00-4:30.
     Feel free to drop by and have the girl try out a class or two and then we can discuss their needs.
