Our team of coaches provide class by class instruction, a regime that focuses on a core strength and conditioning program which includes the following format.
- Dynamic Range of Motion (DROM) - Joint Mobility
- Functional Movement Screening – Pre-Movements & Correctives
- Skill Work and Basic Barbell/Olympic Lift Training
- WOD (Work out of the day) or Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon)
- Resistance Stretching - Myofacial Release (Trigger Point) – Band Regeneration

The Foundations Course consists of:
- Free Functional Movement Evaluation - (another tool to measure your success)
- 5 personal sessions with a Certified Trainer
- Unlimited CrossFit classes for the month
- Fitness Nutrition Guidelines (Join our Healthy Eating Club)
The Foundations Course will:
- Help beginners feel comfortable with the movements and refine more practiced athletes’ form;
- Allow a coach to observe the athlete’s movements closely
- Get beginners used to the Workouts of the Day while still challenging seasoned athletes.
- Introduce technique and mechanics first, then intensity.
*During the Foundations Course you will be exposed to our 9 Basic Movements, and we will help you understand the 10 General Physical Skills as they relate to YOUR fitness goals.
*It’s important that you are here for each of the 5 classes as these movements build on one another. *Shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We highly encourage you to take “Before” pictures at the beginning of the course .Come Train With Us:

Many people who think they’re not “ready for CrossFit” point to perceived physical prerequisites. I can’t do that. I’m too slow. I’ll wait till I’m stronger. etc. In fact, there are no physical qualifications for CrossFit whatsoever. CrossFitters come from all ranks, including, over weight, out of shape, elite athlete, disabled, senior-citizens, pregnant women and children, and yes people just like you.
While there are no physical prerequisites for CrossFit there is one critical emotional prerequisite.
You must have a good attitude.
